Well... I've seen these photos and know who has taken them. There should be a signing in every photo. Would be kind to leave it there so everyone would know who to thank. I think there's some laws of these things, I think... I hope I don't hurt anyone but I just hate seeing someone's original work used without permission or at least mentioning the source. Just saying...

Sorry if someone was offended with my post. They are hot protected like most of the pics here on this site. And if I could deleted this post I would, for peace at Eddie's website. Even Eddie didn't protected his pics from twitter, we all now that it is internet reality. Lately there are a lot of animosity on this website, and it's not good at all. If photo is your "TanjuaNOhio" than you are ValkyrieNYC. Sorry if you find yourself offended with my post. I do apologize.

I think perhaps some folks get so excited and want to share their find(s) that they don't see (and/or ignore) the guidelines for posting pic here. So a reminder from the upload page: Here you can enter your own Fan Gallery content via a YouTube Video URL or an image saved on your computer. Make sure you only upload content YOU have created and hold the legal copyright for.

Zin, Tanjua is a friend of mine and has been a guest here in my NYC B&B. And while I appreciate that you enjoy my work enough to want to post it here, why post it without my watermark? In the first place, you are then taking credit for someone else's work and, as Cin points out, that's against the rules of the Fan Gallery. Second, you damage my work. Yes, enough people on here know my photography from everything I've posted/shared over the last two years as I made my way back into this field. But please, if you ARE going to post my photos, please do so WITH the watermark so the ENTIRE shot is visible, and give credit. It's only fair? And actually, the fact that you cropped my watermark IS an infringement of my rights as the photographer, and there are many groups working hard against this particular internet issue. I'd hate to NOT share my work via Twitter - one of the reasons I take pics at every chance and post them is for the fans who CAN'T be at these events, for them to share in the fun.

I think we all understand the copyrights when it comes to music, films or even paintings, but I think photos are widely misused on internet. Unfortunately. 'Cos the photographer was this time my friend just couldn't help myself commenting on the issue. Nothing personal!

I'm sorry to cause this misunderstanding. I had crop pic so that Eddie could be visible in the middle of it. On Forum you can see that your photos are too large and with watermark and he is not very visible. I don't have intent to get credits on someones work.

Caravanserei, he was DANCING!! It was SO adorable, and I loved capturing him in action. He's done that "birds & fish ... West Side Story" thing, but kind of took it further .... Valkyrie_NYC I love this whole set! You do such great work of him, as always. Luv the ones I have from you that he signed for my kids - he obviously loved them too by the smile we got at the stage door.
