OMG! That nearly brought me to tears! Fantastic bit of film. Well done to you, elf and the cast and crew - I hope it wins.

This poignant short film is cleverly written, beautifuly filmed and acted. We can feel the heartache of all the characters, the husband who has to go home alone, the patient desperate to find his sons letter, Grace and the solitude of Joe . Exellent! Well done Elf !!

Wow guys, thanks for those comments - it has been a long time since I was able to chat to people about this piece! What's also interesting cat - is that you picked up on the husband's role too; he is very often forgotten (even by me, at times). I'm really glad you liked it! :)

I love a story that is visually compelling without the need for dialog. I wish you international success Elf, very well done indeed!
