I have not responded to any of your threads as of late because I wasn't entirely convinced that it was you
And you know I am justified in this possibility because someone was impersonating you on this site
For that, I apologize

My thanksgiving promises to be fattening and fun
With a trip over to my gf's for after dinner dessert and Uno

I hope that you and yours enjoy the festivities

I go to Allie Bug's place and help out over there. Allie's grandpa is one of 11 kids, so the extended family is huge. So they rent out a parish hall from their church and about 80 to 100 folks come. everyone brings a dish and drinks. The aunts handle the massive turkey.

Since Allie Bug can't sit still, the Mom and Dad and I take turns walking her around...so we can enjoy family and food in shifts. It's a very nice low maintenance time. Thanksgiving Eve we'll go to a hotel so that Allie can enjoy the pool to her hearts content.Once she is wiped out, we order room service and watch a movie

I am staying there for the week, so there will be much fresh air and fun to be had, since the grandparents own a working farm and sell Christmas trees every year.

I cannot believe it is Thanksgiving already and when I come back to the city, the place will be packed with tourists and the city will be all decked out with it's awesome lights.

Hope everyone has a stupendous holiday!! It's been a hard and stressful time nationwide, but we seem to make it through ...!!

From Last Year's Thanksgiving....
Bounty.

Took this a couple years ago...very lucky shot, at the right place at the right time.....

We're not getting together with family - going to spend the day, just us three. Football, movies and a veritable feast with turkey and sweet potato souffle, mashed potatoes and dressing, gravy and green bean casserole and lots of appetizers. So grateful to bee together and - in Vespa Jr's case - reasonably stable health.
