I have spent some time reading through a bunch of legal agreements lately (it's work, not just something I do for fun in my spare time, in case you were wondering) and I keep coming across the term "Force Majeure" which I am finding strangely exciting at the moment - not my ordinary reaction to reading legal agreements. Still can't say I've ever read the iTunes T's & C's though. |
