Wanna hear something funny? We took a bet at my work in my unit where we bet by money if whether or not, I was going to just have a card, a date or something V-day related tonight. Well, odds were definetly against me. I got kind of embarrassed but, I still tried to savor in the fun. I was the only person in my unit who did not receive anything here at the office. EVERYONE did. I was really, really embarrassed & I won't lie, a bit hurt. Yet, I should expect this since, it's been since 2004 since I've had any form of any type of love in my life. Yet, I've been sooo active on dating websites, out in meetup.com groups, clubs, bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, music gigs, forums, church & community activities. Hey though, I've accepted I'm unloveable, unloved & not meant specifically for this. V-day just "hurts" when you're excluded. So, on the funny end of all of it (which thankfully there is), I am going to go out tonight, buy myself a cupake, rent a cheesy movie, take a bubble bath, find a new "toy" & then relish in the thoughts of my life in other aspects. I enjoy reminiscing about my music gigs & trips especially.  I just though (here comes the funny part) was invited to attend a workshop on hypnotherapy! I would love to see if I can be hypnotised. I wonder how it would be & maybe this hypnotherapist could assist me in what I am doing so wrong or why I'm unloved now since 2004. Hey though, it's cool. Can you imagine?!  Well, I sincerely do hope all of you who are married, partnered or just have a lover, thoroughly enjoy your Valentine's Day & savor all of the delightful moments! Enjoy the Silence, e. |

I called in sick yesterday and didn't see a soul, I hope it wasn't because of V-day. I watched some videos on youtube, some about hypnosis, that was both interesting and scary.. I also found clips from a show called Portlandia, they are so funny, modern and silly. love |
